Greet customers and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming phone calls and direct to the right department.
Provide mall information and assist customers with enquiries.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments and handling basic office records.

Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree or Diploma, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a Receptionist, Mall Receptionist, Front Office, or Guest Relations role, preferably within a high-end retail or corporate environment in the UAE.
Skills
Exceptional Communication: Fluent written and verbal English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or another highly relevant language (e.g Hindi) is a significant advantage.
