Delivery of Accessories
Free delivery is available for Accessories with a minimum purchase amount of AED 200 and for those products below AED 200, standard charges of AED 12 is applied. Goods are usually dispatched within 24 working Hrs of Order Placed In Dubai, For Abu Dhabi and other locations Estimated time of dispatch is 48 working Hrs.

Installation Service
The installation will be implemented by our qualified engineer at your home based on your convenient time. Please note that Installation service is applicable only for Sports & Fitness Equipment, and no Installation will be done for items like Brackets/ Pulls up bars / Hooks for Punching bags, and more.

Other delivery information
Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are in borders of UAE cities and respective Country Holidays. Also, please allow additional days during our sale promotions i.e. DSF, Summer Promotions, and so on.

Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund, provided you have initiated the return within 5 days from the delivery of the product. Just make sure to contact us within 3 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition, you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective, or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred.

However, once the installation of Fitness Equipment is done, under any circumstances, it shall not be refunded. In case, a manufacturing defect is found on installed Fitness Equipment, it will be either replaced or repaired free of cost. Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 7-14 working days.
