Shipping and Returns

We provide Free Shipping across the UAE for orders valued at AED 200 and above. For orders below AED 200, there is a
flat shipping fee of AED 12.
Orders items that are not heavy and do not require installation will be delivered within 1-2 days.
For larger or heavier items that require installation, our in-house delivery team will handle the delivery. In Dubai and
Sharjah, delivery is typically within 1-2 days, depending on technician availability for installation. For other cities, our
vehicle visits once or twice a week only. In such cases, delivery scheduling may take up to a maximum of 3-4 days.
